Keestrack Hybrid Product Range: Electrifying Screening Range
Highly defined end fraction results qualify the Keestrack scalpers, also to be used for secondary applications. With large hopper and stockpile capacities available, they allow the cost-effective radio remote-controlled operation by the loader in the safe cabin of the excavator or wheel loader. Hybrid, diesel-electric drive options and plug-in options can even further reduce the energy cost. All e-version scalpers and classifiers can be plugged in to the mains or be run from the on-board diesel engine and genset. Due to the onboard diesel engine and genset, autonomy is guaranteed in case there is no electricity network available. In case there is an engine problem, the equipment can be connected to an external generator and still be fully productive. This way continuous operation of the equipment is guaranteed. All full hybrid machines provide an optional plug-out function to drive any ancillary equipment, for example, Keestrack e-stockpilers.
For further information, contact:With huge energy savings of over 40%, compared to conventional diesel hydraulic driven plants, when driving the equipment via the onboard diesel engine and genset, to 70% when connected to the mains network, these full hybrid units need lower maintenance and can run longer. On top they can run with zero emission and less risk of hydraulic leakage.
