Howard Hughes Breaks Ground On Residential Tower In Hawai’i

The Howard Hughes Corporation has broken ground on ‘A’ali’i’, a mixed-use residential development at the Ward Village in Honolulu, Hawai’i, US. The mixed-use residential development will feature 751 units with a turnkey experience and spacemaximising design.
More than 765 of homes at ‘A’ali’i’ have been sold since sales began in January. Four other towers, Waiea, Anaha, Ae’o, and Ke Kilohana, at Ward Village are either already delivered or under construction.
The ‘A’ali’i’ has been designed by architecture firm Solomon Cordwell Buenz and local company Ferraro Choi & Associates, in partnership with interior designer Rottet Studios.
The Howard Hughes CEO David Weinreb said they have have spent years studying the most cutting-edge residential product in the world, and ‘A’ali’i’ represents their vision of an experiential lifestyle that does not currently exist in the market.
