Ammann Compactors In Operation At Prestigious 6 Lane Super Expressway- Purvanchal Expressway

Ammann ARS 121 Soil Compactors are bringing efficiency to an enormous, high-profile roadbuilding project in
India.
The compactors are handling soil work for a key section of the 354-km Purvanchal Expressway, the longest current road construction project in India. The soil work is being completed by Ms. Regal Enterprises, a subcontractor of Ms. G.R. Infra.
Operators of the ARS 121 praised the machine’s comfort, which helped them remain productive throughout long shifts. They also endorsed the vibratory system and compaction output of the ARS 121, which enabled the crew to achieve the desired compaction in fewer passes. As a result of the high production efficiency of ARS121, Ammann has delivered 6 more units for soil compaction in Purvanchal Expressway.
The operators said they have worked with competitive machines and found the ARS121 to be more fuel-efficient, compaction effective and easier to control. In addition, they said ARS121 required virtually no maintenance.
Once completed, the Purvanchal Expressway will provide easy access to the national capital of New Delhi via the 302-km Lucknow-Agra Expressway and the 165-km Agra-Greater Noida Yamuna Expressway. In addition, the Purvanchal Expressway will provide uninterrupted connectivity to nine districts: Lucknow, Ghazipur, Amethi, Azamgarh, Faizabad, Barabanki, Mau, Ambedkar Nagar and Sultanpur.
